Roborock models that combine vacuuming and mopping can reduce the number of machines in hard-floor spaces. The Braava Jet M6 remains a useful dedicated mop for tile and stone areas. When the decision is tied to a deadline, I treat guarantee of time as a specification. If one supplier says probably Friday and another says Friday by noon with a clear service commitment, the second may have a higher upfront cost than the price difference, but lower total risk. That trade-off has saved us more than once.

One caveat: model names, prices, and consumable compatibility change quickly. This reflects what I've seen as of mid-2025.
