These terms describe how Irobot handles B2B inquiries, samples, quotations and project communication. Quotations are provided for evaluation by professional buyers and do not create a binding supply agreement until commercial terms, specifications, compliance scope and payment conditions are confirmed in writing.
All RFQ responses are based on the information supplied by the buyer. If target market, certification scope, packaging requirement, app ecosystem or annual volume changes, Irobot may revise pricing, lead time and validation requirements. Sample units are for engineering and channel evaluation only.
Compliance documents, test summaries and product materials are shared for the agreed project scope. Buyers are responsible for reviewing local import, retail and marketing requirements before launch.
Project details, platform recommendations and quotation materials should be treated as confidential unless both parties agree otherwise.
