The buyer, engineering lead and account owner agree on channel price band, cleaning performance promise, accessory set, app expectation and certification region. This prevents late-stage feature creep from damaging margin or schedule.

We review battery current draw, motor temperature, charging safety, sensor field of view, water tank sealing and dust-bin serviceability. Risks become test items with owners instead of informal notes.

Pilot evidence pack

Noise readings, runtime curves, pickup-rate samples, carton-drop results and firmware logs are collected in a buyer-readable format. Your sourcing team can share the same pack with retail, compliance and warranty stakeholders.
