CONTACT IROBOT

Talk to the sourcing team behind connected cleaning appliance programs

Use this page when you need a fast, technical answer rather than a generic catalog reply. Irobot can review target SKU, price band, app ecosystem, certification region, accessory plan and first-year volume, then route the request to the right engineering and commercial owners.

Send a structured RFQ

A good first message includes product category, target channel, preferred navigation tier, app requirement, annual volume, certification region and launch date. If you are still choosing between robot vacuum, vacuum-mop combo, self-emptying dock, smart air purifier or a broader connected-home bundle, describe the commercial goal and we will help narrow the platform. Our team can also compare the tradeoffs between lidar and gyroscope navigation, dust-compactor docks, water tank formats, brush materials, quiet modes and replacement-part planning. The more specific the request, the faster we can return a realistic platform path.

For existing projects, attach the problem statement in the message field: missed noise target, battery runtime gap, app pairing issue, packaging drop failure, certification delay or warranty concern. Irobot will route the inquiry to engineering before quoting so the commercial answer reflects what can actually be built.

Many buyers contact us while they are still balancing several product directions. Some are deciding between a simple gyroscope robot vacuum and a lidar model with room mapping. Others are comparing a vacuum-only SKU with a vacuum-mop combo, or deciding whether a self-emptying dock belongs in the first launch or the second season. Those decisions affect tooling, battery size, carton dimensions, accessory kits, certification files, app content and warranty planning. A structured first conversation lets Irobot identify those dependencies early, so your team receives a response that is useful for commercial planning rather than a price list without context.

If your organization has separate sourcing, product, quality and marketing teams, we can prepare a shared review note after the RFQ call. That note can summarize the recommended platform, open risks, testing requirements, estimated sample path and information still needed from your side. It gives internal stakeholders a common reference and reduces repeated clarification rounds.
